ellipse™ is made for anyone who wants to hear music the way it was intended. The large 50mm drivers and carefully tuned soundstage make them exceptional for music listening — but they work equally well for gaming (the precise, open soundstage gives you a strong sense of space and direction), focused work (the closed-back design provides excellent passive isolation), and any situation where you want clear, accurate sound. Note that ellipse™ does not have a built-in microphone — an external microphone is required for calls or voice recording.

Wired is a deliberate choice, not a compromise. A wired connection delivers better sound quality than Bluetooth — no compression, no latency, no connection dropouts. There is no battery to charge, no battery that dies mid-session, and no wireless interference. ellipse™ is built to last for years, and a cable will always work. ellipse™ ships with a protective hard case, a 1.5m cloth-braided cable for everyday use, and a 3m cloth-braided cable for home listening setups.

Yes. ellipse™ uses a standard 3.5mm jack and is compatible with a 6.35mm adapter for use with hi-fi amplifiers and dedicated headphone amplifiers. At 32 ohm impedance, it drives easily from any source — smartphone, laptop, desktop, or dedicated amp.

Yes. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a DHL tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

Yes. We offer a 30-day home trial — no questions asked. If ellipse™ is not right for you, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The headphones must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

If you are in Europe or another supported region and purchased through baumaudio.com, contact us and we will send you a prepaid DHL return label. Your return is shipped back to Denmark.

ellipse™ comes with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorised modifications, normal wear and tear, or cosmetic damage that does not affect function.

Yes. ellipse™ is designed to be serviceable, not disposable. Replacement ear pads and cables will be available directly in our shop. If you need assistance in the meantime, please contact us.
